What we are

A product engineering company that stays after launch.

NELLA Labs is part of NELLA Interactive. We work across the United Kingdom, the United States, Ghana and Nigeria, and we build in five directions: creating new products, modernising systems that have become a constraint, automating work with applied AI, scaling the cloud and delivery foundations underneath, and operating what is live.

We also build and run our own products — Trellis, Daju Verify and Domicium. That matters because it means we experience the parts of software that consultancies usually hand over: the migration that went wrong at 2am, the dependency upgrade nobody scheduled, the support ticket from a user on a connection that keeps dropping.

Client data is separated by row-level security in Postgres with automated positive and negative tests per role — not by application middleware alone.

Designed in and verified with a keyboard and a screen reader, with an accessibility statement that lists known non-conformances honestly.

AI that never commits on your behalf

AI drafts and structures; it does not issue prices, sign anything, or change your answers. Every run records its model, prompt version, inputs and any human override.

Claims we cannot verify are not published

No invented clients, testimonials, certifications or metrics. Where something is awaiting confirmation, this site says so rather than filling the gap.
