Scope
These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern any engagement between us — that is covered by a separate master services agreement, statement of work and, where personal data is involved, a data processing agreement.
Information on this site
We publish prices as indicative bands and label them as such. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A price, timeline or scope becomes binding only when set out in a signed agreement.
Where content is drafted, unverified or provisional, this site says so. Content marked in that way should not be relied on as a statement of fact.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this platform, interfere with its operation, or use it to store or transmit unlawful material. Security researchers acting in good faith should follow the vulnerability reporting process in the Trust Centre.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to NELLA Labs unless stated otherwise. In client engagements, ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers to the client on payment, while pre-existing frameworks, reusable components and accelerators remain ours under a perpetual licence to the client. That position is set out in the engagement contract rather than here.
