Acceptable use policy
What may and may not be done with our platform and services.

Prohibited use
You must not use our platform or services to:
- Break the law in any jurisdiction that applies to you or to us.
- Store, transmit or process material that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Attempt to access data belonging to another client, or to probe the isolation boundaries between clients other than through our vulnerability reporting process.
- Introduce malware, or interfere with the availability of the service for others.
- Use AI features to generate material intended to deceive, harass or impersonate.
Enforcement
Where we believe this policy has been breached we will contact you first except where immediate action is necessary to protect other clients or to meet a legal obligation. Suspension is proportionate and time-limited wherever possible.
